Coppa is firstly treated with salt and natural spices, then stuffed in natural casings and finally  subjected to a slow seasoning.

Sweet smell and delicate tasting are its main features. We warmly suggest to cut it in thin slices and taste it with bread and a glass of red wine at cellar temperature. Enjoy the experience!
